Also no. The download speed mostly just stands at zero, sometimes the download starts, the speed rises to 2 MB/s and drops back to zero.

Russian Test server is now gone and theres only Global PTS on Test version section. Can you seprate test server too just like normal live server?

I took a different route and configured a socks proxy. It's working for now.
